The Theory Coach is more than a standard theory test app. Instead of simply telling you whether an answer is right or wrong, it helps you understand why. You can ask questions in your own words, get clear explanations when something doesn’t make sense and practise with 5, 10, 50 or custom-length quizzes. It adapts to the areas you find difficult and includes road signs and road markings to help build your knowledge and confidence.
It’s particularly useful if you struggle with traditional revision, find questions confusing or need information explained in a different way. Whether you’re nervous about your theory test, neurodiverse or simply stuck on a topic, you can ask the Theory Coach for help without feeling rushed.
Stuck on a Theory Question? Just Ask.
There’s no such thing as a silly question. Ask your Theory Coach anything about the theory test, ask follow-up questions, or simply say “I still don’t understand.” It can explain things differently and break them down step by step until they make sense.

“I keep getting stopping distances wrong. Can you explain them without making me memorise loads of numbers?”
Theory Coach:
“Absolutely. Let’s make it easier. First I’ll show you the pattern behind the stopping distances, then we’ll practise one at a time.”
Learner:
“I still don’t get the thinking distance bit.”
Theory Coach:
“No problem. Let’s forget stopping distance for a moment and just look at thinking distance…”
