Driving Lessons for Nervous & Neurodiverse Learners
Learning to drive can feel daunting, especially if you’re anxious, autistic or have ADHD. Our lessons are calm, patient and adapted to the way you learn, giving you the time and support you need to build confidence at your own pace.

Calm & Patient
No rushing and no pressure. We’ll take things at a pace that feels comfortable, giving you time to understand and practise each skill properly.
Clear Explanations
We’ll break things down into manageable steps and explain them in a way that makes sense to you. If something doesn’t click first time, we’ll simply try a different approach.
Confidence at Your Pace
Confidence comes with time and practice. We’ll build things up gradually, helping you feel comfortable making decisions and driving more independently.
Why I Understand Neurodiverse Learners
My understanding of neurodiversity comes from both professional training and personal experience. I have an autistic son and a daughter with suspected ADHD, so I understand some of the challenges neurodiverse young people and their families can face.
I’ve also completed Level 2 training in both autism and ADHD, which has helped me develop my teaching further. I adapt lessons to the individual, whether that means breaking information into smaller steps, changing how I explain something, allowing more processing time or simply recognising when a learner needs a different approach.
